Safety Policy
Olivos Ruta del Sol S.A., DELEYDA is a company dedicated to the EXTRACTION, ELABORATION, PACKAGING, DISPATCH, AND COMMERCIALIZATION OF OLIVE OIL under our own brand. At DELEYDA, we have decided to implement a Food Safety Management System based on ISO 22000:2018 to ensure the safety and food security of our products and processes, thereby protecting our consumers.
The Management of DELEYDA views the Management System as a way to administer our processes and products, identify risks, legal requirements, and ensure continuous improvement for System effectiveness.
To achieve this, DELEYDA’s Management System is based on:
- Compliance with applicable legislation and regulations, as well as other requirements agreed upon with our customers and subscribed to by DELEYDA.
- Maximizing product safety to ensure customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Establishing and regularly reviewing objectives and goals consistent with the commitments made in this statement. Effective implementation of these principles requires support from both management and collaborators.
- Maintaining adequate infrastructure for process development in accordance with applicable standards.
- Guaranteeing the organoleptic quality of the marketed product that provides the hallmark of the DELEYDA brand.
- Ensuring personnel competence through training for the proper execution of all activities, especially in food handling, following Good Practices in Food Safety.
- Promoting internal and external communication as the guiding axis of our Management System.
- Promoting sustainable and environmentally friendly actions, complying with agreements with the industry and current environmental regulations, establishing sustainable management plans and always seeking alternative products and inputs in our processes
The commitment, collaboration, and motivation of all DELEYDA personnel are essential. To achieve these goals, DELEYDA will maintain a system for identifying training needs and planning, provide all necessary resources to personnel, all aimed at ensuring compliance with this Policy and continuous improvement of the management system.
This Policy will be periodically reviewed to develop the concept of continuous improvement as a key element in achieving excellence and maintaining leadership in the market.
